17 October - Create Your Own Ceramic Autumn Piece
Service Description
In this fun and seasonal workshop, you’ll be creating 2 small or 1 medium size pumpkin-shaped home accessory or a lidded jar using natural clay and simple handbuilding techniques. You’ll start by shaping your ball of clay into a hollow pumpkin. You can add texture, carve details, create a lid — or keep it simple and smooth. No experience is needed. You’ll also have the chance to paint your pumpkin using underglazes before the firing process. This allows you to add color, patterns or highlights to make it even more personal. You’ll have enough clay to make either: • Two small decorative pumpkins, or • One medium-sized pumpkin or pumpkin jar After the session, we’ll take care of drying and firing your pieces: • First, a bisque firing, • Then, a transparent glaze firing to give it a glossy, water-resistant finish. This process takes around 4–5 weeks. We’ll contact you by email or phone once your pieces are ready to collect from the studio. ✅ Included: Clay, tools, underglazes (for painting), transparent glaze Two kiln firings (bisque + glaze) Snacks and drinks during the session – Please make sure to provide a correct email address and phone number when booking, so we can contact you when your items are ready. – Once notified, we kindly ask you to collect your work within 3 months from the studio. – ⚠️ Please note: Ceramics is a delicate craft with a natural risk of cracks or firing issues. While we take great care in the process, we cannot offer replacements or alternatives in case of damage beyond our control. Thank you for understanding and respecting the nature of handmade ceramics.

Cancellation Policy
Minimum number of participants is 3 people. In case there is not enough participant you will receive a full refund or you can schedule another workshop with enough participants. Please understand that cancelling and rescheduling are extra costs and effort so below policy will be applied in those cases: Full amount will be refunded if you cancel up to 14 days before the start day of the workshop. 50% of the workshop price will be refunded in case of cancelling or rescheduling within 4 to 14 days before the start of the workshop. There will be no refunds for no-shows, cancellations and reschedules up to 4 days before the date of the workshop. DewEra reserves the right to cancel before the start of the course due to insufficient participation, illness or any other form of force majeure. In that case, the customer will receive a cancellation notice by e-mail and will be able to receive a full refund for the session or a change of date. In the event that a cancellation is due to a third party or event beyond our control, the customer can book another date. In that case, no automatic refund of the costs will take place. If the customer cannot book an alternative date, then please directly get in contact so that we can make a refund, only for that session.
