Service Description
Soğuyan havalarda, elinde kendi yaptığın bir fincanla çay kahve içmenin huzuru... Bu atölyede bir çay fincanı ve ona eşlik edecek bir çay tabağı yapıyoruz. Kendine ait küçük bir mola ile, ellerinle şekillendirdiğin bir rutin objesi yaratıyorsun. Fincanını ister kulplu ister kulpsuz yapabilirsin. Tabak formu serbest — yuvarlak, oval ya da dalgalı kenarlı. Dilersen üzerine baskı, doku, yazı ya da sembol de ekleyebilirsin. Atölye sırasında ayrıca küçük bir çay poşetliği ya da süzgeç kabı da yapma şansın olacak. Sıcak içecekler ve atıştırmalıklarla birlikte, keyifli ve yavaş tempolu bir ortam seni bekliyor. Seramik deneyimi gerektirmez. Tüm malzemeler ve fırınlama ücrete dahildir. Ürünlerin hazır olması yaklaşık 4–5 hafta sürecektir. Lütfen rezervasyon sırasında doğru e-posta adresi ve telefon verdiğinden emin ol. ✨ Ürünlerin hazır olduğunda e-posta ile bilgilendirme yapılır. 📦 Bildirim tarihinden itibaren 3 ay içinde teslim alınması rica edilir. ⚠️ Seramik doğası gereği hata payı olan bir üretim sürecidir. Kontrolümüz dışındaki kırılma, çatlama gibi durumlarda yeniden üretim ya da alternatif parça sunumu yapılmamaktadır.

Cancellation Policy
Minimum number of participants is 3 people. In case there is not enough participant you will receive a full refund or you can schedule another workshop with enough participants. Please understand that cancelling and rescheduling are extra costs and effort so below policy will be applied in those cases: Full amount will be refunded if you cancel up to 14 days before the start day of the workshop. 50% of the workshop price will be refunded in case of cancelling or rescheduling within 4 to 14 days before the start of the workshop. There will be no refunds for no-shows, cancellations and reschedules up to 4 days before the date of the workshop. DewEra reserves the right to cancel before the start of the course due to insufficient participation, illness or any other form of force majeure. In that case, the customer will receive a cancellation notice by e-mail and will be able to receive a full refund for the session or a change of date. In the event that a cancellation is due to a third party or event beyond our control, the customer can book another date. In that case, no automatic refund of the costs will take place. If the customer cannot book an alternative date, then please directly get in contact so that we can make a refund, only for that session.
