Make and Paint a Cute Mug
Service Description
Let's make cute and colourful stoneware mugs! During this workshop you will be able to experience making a mug from stoneware clay add a handle or decorate it. Then we will be painting them, make them cute and stylish. Your pieces will be bisque fired and they will be glazed by us with transparent glaze to make it water resistant and be fired again (to 1230 Celsius degrees ). This process of drying and firing might take 4-5 weeks. We will be informing you later for the dates of collection. This workshop is suitable for total beginners and will take place in English. Max number of participants is 8 and minimum is 3. The session takes 2 hours. The price includes everything: clay, firings, glazing, some snacks and drinks. Ceramic art has a high margin of error. We do our best to deliver the products you make undamaged. It is very rare but if something that is completely out of our control goes wrong, it is not possible for us to replace the product with another product or refund the fee.

Cancellation Policy
Minimum number of participants is 3 people. In case there is not enough participant you will receive a full refund or you can schedule another workshop with enough participants. Please understand that cancelling and rescheduling are extra costs and effort so below policy will be applied in those cases: Full amount will be refunded if you cancel up to 14 days before the start day of the workshop. 50% of the workshop price will be refunded in case of cancelling or rescheduling within 4 to 14 days before the start of the workshop. There will be no refunds for no-shows, cancellations and reschedules up to 4 days before the date of the workshop. DewEra reserves the right to cancel before the start of the course due to insufficient participation, illness or any other form of force majeure. In that case, the customer will receive a cancellation notice by e-mail and will be able to receive a full refund for the session or a change of date. In the event that a cancellation is due to a third party or event beyond our control, the customer can book another date. In that case, no automatic refund of the costs will take place. If the customer cannot book an alternative date, then please directly get in contact so that we can make a refund, only for that session.
